Article 3 Management of email addresses, user names and passwords

1. Users are responsible for managing their own email addresses, usernames and passwords.

2. Users may not transfer, lend or otherwise provide their email addresses, user names and passwords to third parties under any circumstances. If the Company confirms that the combination of email addresses, user names and passwords is consistent with the registered information, the email address will be deemed to be used by the registrant himself.

Article 4 Cash Rebate

1. As a consideration for using the Service, Users may receive a certain amount of cash rebate, the amount of which will be determined by the Company and displayed on this Website.

2. The amount of the rebate may be changed by the operator providing this service. Users must agree that if the amount of the rebate is reduced, they must accept the change in the amount.

3. Payment will be settled between the user and the storage agent as advertising fee.

Article 5 Prohibitions

When using the Service, Users shall not engage in any of the following actions or any actions that may lead to the occurrence of any of the following actions.

1. Acts that cause damage to other users, third parties, or the Company

2. Any act that obstructs or interrupts the functions of our servers or networks

3. Actions that may interfere with the operation of our network

Article 8 Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration

1. In any of the following cases, the Company may restrict the User’s use of all or part of the Services, or cancel the User’s registration without prior notice to the User.

Article 10 Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations

Article 11 Disclaimer

1. The Company shall not be liable for any breach of contract unless it is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

2. The Company is not responsible for any transactions, communications or disputes between you and other users or third parties related to the Service.
