In response to such misconduct, Cashback Island has compiled the latest “High-Risk Unlicensed Institutions List” released by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to help traders quickly identify potentially non-compliant platforms.
If you discover that you are trading with a suspicious broker, you should immediately stop depositing funds, verify the broker’s regulatory credentials, and retain all relevant transaction records for potential dispute resolution. When selecting a platform, investors should prioritize those regulated by reputable authorities, paying special attention to the authenticity of fund segregation mechanisms and regulatory license numbers.
